Prestige Group's upscale luxury apartment complex, Prestige Falcon City Chennai, is located on Medavakkam–Sholinganallur Road in South Chennai. It has 2,170 Vaastu-approved 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments spread over 23 acres in 22 high-rise buildings (2B + G + 14 stories). The project offers modern homes with a clubhouse and first-rate amenities, with unit sizes ranging from 1,001 to 2,735 square feet. Prices range from ₹1.30 Cr for two-bedroom apartments to ₹3.54 Cr for four-bedroom apartments. The RERA approval is expected by December 2026; the project is currently in the pre-launch phase.
