Sobha Parqcity is a new residential township project by Sobha Group, planned over a sprawling 50-acre land parcel. The development is proposed to include 24 residential wings spread across 12 blocks, with an estimated 4,463 apartments. The project will feature a high-rise layout consisting of three basement levels, a ground floor, and 42 floors, offering a wide selection of 1, 2, 3, and 4 BHK residences. With apartment sizes ranging from 750 to 2,600 sq. ft., the township aims to accommodate varied homebuyer requirements. The expected price starts at ₹1.1 Crore onwards. Currently in the pre-launch phase, the project has applied for RERA registration, with possession anticipated in 2031.
